  1. Day 10: a Mission 2 on paper and three tries at a drowning

    Sketched a new Mission 2 on paper, Claude built it, then we spent three rounds figuring out why the rising water did not kill the player. A death-loop fix, a refresh script that boots straight into the scene I'm testing, and the whole game wired end to end again.

  2. Day 9: forty-six commits and a memory rule

    Playtest day. Forty-six commits, one ceiling redesigned four times, an Art Director critique, and a visual-verification rule baked into permanent memory. Plus a comments box, a waitlist, and a newsletter.

  3. Day 8 of building a game I don't know how to build
